• CHANGE ITEM OR SIZE
Do you want to replace one or more products purchased in our Web Store or at our Temporary Store with another item? Or do you just have to change size or color?
You can EXCHANGE goods within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, complete with his labels, tags and packaging envelope; it is also essential to have:
– order number for purchases made in ours Web Store
– copy of the receipt for purchases made in ours Temporary Store
You just have to follow this simple procedure:
1) Print and fill in the following RMA Form, indicating as the reason for the return “CHANGE SIZE” or “CHANGE ITEM”, and send it by e-mail to: help@agmotorstore.com.
2) Check your e-mail, in few days you will receive from AG Motor Store Customer Service an e-mail of acceptance or modification of RMA with the case number assigned including the cost estimate of the shipping costs of the new item requested in exchange (charged to the customer) and any additional costs to be incurred in case of choosing an item more expensive than the one to be returned.
3) Pay the estimated payment from AG Motor Store to confirm the practice or reply to the email with a cancellation request if you have changed your mind.
4) Prepare your product for return as accurately as possible to protect it during transport and send the package with a courier of your choice to the address indicated in the RMA Form, attach a copy of the filled Form to the package.
We do not accept packages sent at the expense of the recipient.
5) Upon shipment of the return send an email to: help@agmotorstore.com indicating the courier, the tracking number of the shipment and the reference of the assigned RMA file.
6) Upon receipt of the package, the AG Motor Store Staff will check that the conditions of the return are met and will proceed with the shipment of the new item requested in exchange, notifying you via e-mail once the shipment has been made.
• RETURN WITH REFUND
Have you changed your mind and want to RETURN one or more products purchased in our Web Store?

2) Check your e-mail, in a few days you will receive from the AG Motor Store Customer Service an e-mail of acceptance or RMA change with the assigned number.
3) Prepare your product for return as accurately as possible to protect it during transport and send the package with a courier of your choice to the address indicated in the RMA Form, attach a copy of the filled Form to the package.

4) Upon shipment of the return send an email to: help@agmotorstore.com indicating the courier, the tracking number of the shipment and the reference of the assigned RMA file.
5) Upon receipt of the package, the AG Motor Store Staff will verify that the conditions of the return are met in order to proceed with the refund of the total value of the returned products, excluding shipping costs initially paid when ordering.
6) The AG Motor Store Staff will make the refund within 10 days of receiving the returned goods through the same initial payment method of purchase, notifying you by e-mail once the procedure is completed.
