We confirm that AG Motor Store makes the return for size / product change of the goods either purchased directly at one of our Temporary Shops or on our E-Commerce.
Attention: Remember that you have 10 days from delivery of the order to be entitled to a return.
Before making a return, make sure that the products are in the same condition in which you received them, with all the internal labels and tags attached, the product envelope, not stained, damaged, washed or used.
It also verifies that you have the receipt / invoice or ticket purchase receipt, mandatory in order to proceed with the change / return.
The procedure to follow in just 4 simple steps is the following:
Remember to attach to the e-mail a copy of the receipt / invoice or ticket purchase receipt and to indicate in the RMA form as vu size / product: indicates the detail of the new replacement item chosen (code and brief description of the item, color and size required) ; remember that the value of the new article must be of equal or greater amount than the one to be returned.
– refund: in this case you will be reimbursed the full sum of the value of the returned item (excluding shipping costs) through a “credit coupon” if you had purchased the product at our Temporary Shop, otherwise by crediting the amount due if you had made the purchase on our online shop www.agmotorstore.com;
2) AG Motor Store will send you an RMA management confirmation email as soon as possible, indicating in detail whether the return was accepted or rejected.
3) after the confirmation by AG Motor Store, send the goods to be returned with a courier of your choice (the shipping costs are charged to the customer) at the address indicated on the RMA Form, taking care to attach inside of the package:
– the goods to be returned;
– copy of the receipt / invoice or ticket purchase receipt;
– copy of the completed RMA form. Manage the return by choosing from the following options:
4) upon receipt of the package, AG Motor Store will, in the shortest possible time and in any case within 14 days of receipt of the return, at the end of the return:
– sending the replacement item (subject to advance payment by the customer of any additional costs, as well as new shipping costs);
– issuing the refund with credit by bank transfer to the iban previously indicated by the customer on the RMA form or credit coupon.
